application you can create two types of policy sources
namely: -
Policy server source: - Using policy server source
you can access SiteMinder policy objects through the application.
Policy server source fetches data from live policy server
and shows it to the user of the application.
Policy file source: -
You can create policy file source through smdif file.
Siteminder provides exports of its object in the form
of smdif file. Using policy file source you view and generate
reports on all objects exported in that file.
